I'm busy learning how to teach Pilates (which I LOVE learning how to do, by the way...) and I have A LOT on my mind. Also, I've worked out so much this week I'm too tired to type. Until I'm ready to blog again, how about you all enjoy this picture of my sweet dog, Asta:

We cuddled on the couch all night tonight and it was awesome.
She is perfect company when you're sleepy and in the mood to cuddle and laugh.
